A significant renovation of the more than 100 units incorporated better space planning and a relocation of most of the common areas. Additionally, the memory care community was expanded and reconfigured. Maplewood Place’s innovative design focused on creating a dynamic community center for residents that includes a dining space, as well as a stage for entertainment and casual events. Multiple TV viewing areas and a massive video monitor are features of the space.
